Different from previous orders with Audrey & Bear
"I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Audrey & Bear. I’ve purchased their blankets before, including in 2024, so I ordered these expecting the same minky material. The new blankets feel noticeably different from my previous blankets, and they don’t even feel the same as each other despite both being advertised as minky. After going back and forth with customer service, I was told under new ownership that the material is different from what was used in 2024. If the material has changed that significantly, customers should be told before ordering. Calling it “minky” without making the material change clear is misleading to returning customers who are expecting the product they previously purchased. I was offered and received only a $21 refund on a $122 order. I appreciate that they issued a refund, but I’m not satisfied with that resolution. I previously loved Audrey & Bear but since the change in materials and customer service I’m not sure I’ll be recommending them to others or using them again for my babies blankets."
