**We do not charge customers any VAT, GST, or Customs/Import fees. Although it is rare, please note that you are responsible for payment of these fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be assessed at the time of delivery. Please also note that shipments to locations outside of the United States can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending on the destination. We do not have the ability to control or influence the duration of the shipping time.
If you are required to return your product, we will notify you of the shipping address and, in most cases, provide you with a prepaid shipping label. In some cases, however, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
By partnering with Route, we are able to offer optional shipping insurance to protect against items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in route to you. Please note that if you decline to purchase this optional shipping insurance, you will not be entitled to reimbursement for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

What is the current turnaround time:
Orders ship within 2-3 weeks from your proof approval day.
We offer a rush production option which has orders shipping within 3-5 business days of your proof approval day.
As all our products are made-to-order, we only offer the option for a refund or replacement in the event that the product(s) is(are) damaged or defective upon arrival. We will require photographs or that the product(s) be returned to us to process a refund or replacement.
Once your refund or replacement is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 7-10 business days. If you are approved for a replacement, your replacement product(s) will be created and shipped to you as soon as practical.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund does not appear on your account, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 7-10 business days from your refund approval the funds have still not posted to your account, please contact us at email@example.com
