MEDIA OWNERSHIP AND RELEASE CERTIFICATION
I hereby authorize Pyxis Manufacturing Corporation DBA Audrey & Bear (the "Company") permission to use the submitted photograph(s), video(s), and/or other digital media (individually and collectively, the "Submitted Media") in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all the Company's printed and digital publications, including but not limited to its website, newsletters, and printed packaging materials. I certify that I own the rights to the Submitted Media or have received permission from the owner, and that I am legally allowed to submit the Submitted Media for the use(s) described in this release. I agree to indemnify the Company from any claims of third parties arising out of or related to infringement or violation of intellectual property rights associated with the Submitted Media. I understand and agree that such indemnification includes fully compensating the Company for fees, fines, and judgments assessed against the company and/or determined in and associated with legal proceedings and/or a settlement agreement. I agree that the Company will have exclusive control of any litigation, legal proceedings, and/or settlement negotiations relating to any claimed infringement of intellectual property rights arising out of or related to the Submitted Media. I understand and agree that the Submitted Media will become property of the Company and will not be returned. I acknowledge that since my participation with the Company is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Company to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Submitted Media for purposes of publicizing the Company's products and programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Submitted Media. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Company from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
