How do I customize a design?
Customizing your Audrey & Bear product is easy! Use our simple design tools to choose your colors, fonts, and personalization options before placing your order. You'll be able to preview your design and make adjustments to ensure it's just right.
What is the turnaround time?
Once your order is placed your order goes straight to our production team! It takes approximately 2-7 business days for us to create your custom product. After that, your order will ship, and you'll receive an email with tracking information.
What does single-sided vs. double-sided mean?
Double-sided swaddles are two layers of fabric, with a personal design on one side and a coordinating pattern on the back. Single-sided swaddles are one layer of fabric with a design only on one side.
What swaddle size should I get?
For most people, we recommend the square double-sided swaddle, as it's the best size to grow with your baby. For more information on the different sizes, watch this video.
Can I get one or two names on the blanket or no names?
Yes, we can put just the baby's first name, their full name, or put no name on the blanket. Put "no name" in the name spot if you don't want a name on the product
